Unlock Super Hard Difficult Setting

First you must complete the game on the Hard difficulty
setting. Then, when you start a new game, the Super Hard
setting can now be selected.
Unlock Wario Karaoke Mode
-------------------------
To unlock the Wario Karaoke mode, which lets you listen
to music from the game with lyrics, you must obtain Gold
Crowns by collecting over 10,000 coins in all levels.
