Big head mode:

At the Black Box logo, hold L + R and press B, A, B, Y
on controller D. If you entered the code correctly, the
phrase Oh Black Box Baby will be spoken. All the players
except for the goalies will have big heads.
Wayne Gretzky message:

Create a player and enter Wayne Gretzky as a name to see
the message Thanks For The Memories appear over the player
picture section.
Dale Hunter picture:

Create a player and enter Dale Hunter as a name to see his
picture in the Edit Lines menu.
