All Characters In Versus Mode:

Select VS mode and at the character selection screen hold Z on both
controllers and press L + R
Hard and Super Hard Enemies:

When playing VS COM, you can increase the difficulty of your oppenents by
holding down L and R, then pressing A for Hard, or B for Super Hard.
Press the same combination to change the difficulty back to normal.
Go to the level select menu under 1 player VS COM but don't press A. Instead:
Hold Z, press L, L, A, B - Super Hard in Panel De Pon
Hold Z. Press S, A, L, A, S, A, L, A - Unlock All Puzzles in Panel De Pon
Hold Z. Press R, L, A, B - V-Hard mode in Panel De Pon
