Stage select:
-------------
At the title screen, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B(2),
A, Start on an Xbox controller to unlock stage selection.
Note: You can only choose the mission you have already completed. After
completing a mission, you can select it by pressing [Enter] at the main menu.
The mission number will appear in the bottom right corner.
Level Select:
-------------
Once you beat a level, you can start on it by pressing ENTER on the menu and
pressing ENTER again to scroll through the stages.
Unlocking Tower Mode:
---------------------
The survival mode called 'Tower' will become unlocked when you complete the
game by defeating the boss in Mission 12.
Unlock More Characters for 2-Player Duel Mode:
----------------------------------------------
When you complete the following tasks you will unlock the corresponding
character for 2-Player Duel mode.
Achievements:
-------------
Successfully complete the listed task to unlock the corresponding achievement.
To view your achievements and stats in Steam, select "Community", "My profile",
"View all my games", then the game and view stats.

GO_TO_JAPAN - Complete Mission 6.
OKADA_TOWER - Complete Mission 8.
TOWER_10F - Clear the 10th floor.
TOWER_20F - Clear the 20th floor.
TOWER_30F - Clear the 30th floor.

TOWER_50F - Clear the 50th floor.
TOWER_MASTER - Clear the 100th floor.
STORY_CLEAR - Complete all Missions.
