Easy "Definite Immortality" achievement:

After reaching a checkpoint, your current death count is saved. When
you reach certain distance and die for the first time, reload that
checkpoint to return to no death status. To do this correctly, quit
to the main menu and resume playing from there. Loading a checkpoint
while still in-game will not work.
