Easy "Coco Nut!" achievement:

Select a coconut tree several times and a coconut will fall.
Pick it up and eat it.
Easy "A Dirty Job" achievement:

Go to the entrance of the dog park and find the doggie bag dispenser.
Behind it is a poop-grabber. Use it to pick up all six poops in the park.
Then, go to the lower left corner of the park and talk to the lady to
get money for cleaning the park.
