Easy "Alone Again, Naturally" achievement:

During the third game, have Efina lower than level 12. Near the end
while controlling Sid, you will encounter a large eye to your left.
Examine it twice. Then as Efina, defeat the final Boss.
Easy "Happosai" achievement:

During the first game when you wake up at the night as Efina, search
the dresser beside the bed. She will wear panties on her head.
Easy "Let's Go Exploring!" achievement:

During the third game, have Efina at level 12 or higher. Near the end
while controlling Sid, you will encounter a large eye to your left.
Examine it twice. Then as Efina, defeat the final Boss.
Easy "Shoulda Gotten Apple Care" achievement:

During the second game, after speaking to the manager for the first
time, go to your room by taking the left set of stairs and entering
the farthest room to the left. You will eventually control Efina.
Speak with Hal and exhaust all his dialogue options.

During the second game, search the bookshelf in Olivia's room, which
is the middle room to the right upstairs.
Easy "To the Flame!" achievement:

the sign. Search at trees to the right to fight and defeat a red moth.
