Save the game. Use a text editor to edit the .FDS file
in the "/prison tycoon 2/data/maps " directory.
Scroll to the bottom to find the lines:

Edit the second number to reflect the amount of money you want.
For example, $900,000,000 would be:

Press Enter, type "sleepworker" (with quotes), and then press
one of the following keys to activate it's function:
M - 10,000 cash
x - Security level increase
F1 - More space
F2 - Even more space
F3 - Even even more space
F5 - Passive
F9 - Injured (Injured is bad then your prisoners can die)
F8 - Hungry
F4 - Makes your prisoner happy
F6 - Makes your prisoner bored (will not work)
F7 - Makes your prisoner angry
4 - Time goes fast
5 - Time goes faster
6 - Time goes even faster
More Prisoners:

Build your prison with a cell block or dorm and get a couple inmates
to come. Then save your game, exit and load it and a bus of inmates
will come! Save, exit and do it all over again until your prison is
full.
