You press 6, 5 and k to choose a level to go to.
Level 31:

On the level 31 you have to jump on top of the spaceship. It flips you
over. Then you go to the fliping thing and flip. Reapeat untill he is
dead.

Try and get the Rocket Car to the exit by collecting the fuel icons and
dodging the enemies.
