To get to the base described go North past all of the bases
any you should find a wormhole that isn't marked on the
game's map. Nearby is a base shaped like a Converse sneaker.
Dock with it and you will either see an enemy ship flying out
of a base (CGA version) or pictures of the game's developers
(Tandy/EGA version).
