Make a Hotel or Apartment:

Sims 2 Bon Voyage and Sims 2 Apartment Life
In the neighborhood, add a lot, size of your choice. Now enter it and start building a hotel,
apartment, or a dorm. There are certain requirement for each one, though. For the hotel, you
need a check-in desk and some rooms. For the Apartments, you'll need at least 4
apartment-specific doors and they all have to be facing out..
Now press Ctrl + Shift + C and type in this code for a hotel:
changeLotZoning hotel
For an apartment:
changeLotZoning apartmentBase
