Easy "Marathon" achievement:

To get the "Marathon" achievement, you must get 24 hours of actual driving
time. You can remain idle, but only momentarily to make sure the timer
continues to increment. You must compete a task before the time is added.
Using the Steam overlay or tabbing out will pause the game.
