Use Notepad to edit the "config.ini" file in folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\MyName\My Documents\US2\
You should make a backup copy first!

Add the following text to the very end of file:

bindc +DIK_GRAVE [console_showhide]

Apply the changes, then start the game, hit ~ to bring down the
console and enter the following codes:

sv_cheats 1 - Enable cheats
game_godmode 1 - God mode
addwpn all - get all weapons.
addammo - get ammo.
addwpn [number] - get specific weapon.
