Allow Quicksave:

Go to "Documents/Amnesia/Pig/Playername/user_settings" and open that text file.
Once done, change the text on:
AllowQuickSave="false" to the following:
AllowQuickSave="true"
You can then quicksave with [F4], and load the save with [F5].
