Easy "Gross" achievement:

Start up the "Sewers" map on a custom server, then go for a swim.
Easy "Put Him Out of His Misery" achievement:

Select single player mode with "Health" set to 1, and the Rocket Madness and
Infinite Ammo mutators. Create a server on the "Sewers" map. Equip a chaingun
and go the farthest corner to avoid being attacked from the rear. The first
nineteen waves should instantly die due to the health setting. However Blue
Soldiers may still remain. If they appear, repeatedly use rockets against them.
Wave 20 is a Boss wave that features a randomly selected enemy. If it is not
Spasman, reset the server and repeat the process until he spawns, then defeat
him.
