Use a hex editor to edit the "SOS.FIC" saved game file in the game directory.
The value for power can be found at address 00000000h Byte 1 (counted from 0)
and the value for powder at 00000010h Byte B.
Set both them to 00 to have full power and full powder when the game is resumed.
