(After you play a level, you are taken back to the Store Front
Window. From there, if you click on the corners of the store front
window, you will see the costumes on the mannequins change.)
Cash:

If you find a station you'd rather not do yourself, you can use
your cash to hire as many as two assistants per level! You can
decide which stations they will work at and you can move them
around as you see fit at the beginning of each level
