Type raistlin followed by [Space] at the title screen to enable
cheat mode with unlimited ships.
Level skip:

Enable cheat mode. Pause game play and press N to jump to the next
level. Pause game play and press L to return to the previous level.
On the title page, type NECRONOMICON for unlimited lives.
Infinite lives:

Choose the Define Keys option and type "YXES". Then redefine the
keys as you would like to have them for play. On starting the game
you have infinite lives.
